Georges 934b Georges Morizot - Chairman
After a career in technology transfer to transitional and developing countries within the field of mineral resources and environmental protection, as well as in the evaluation and setting-up of research and development projects, Georges Morizot was one of the founders of Gevalor, and became successively General Secretary and then Chairman in 2010. In this capacity, he has in particular established the possibilities of supporting waste management projects by carbon financing.
jocelyne Jocelyne Delarue - Manager
With a Ph.D. in Comparative Agriculture from AgroParisTech, Jocelyne Delarue has worked for the “Agence Française de Développement” being responsible for projects at the Conakry Office and later, at the Department of Research in Paris in order to develop impact evaluations. As a volunteer for Gevalor since 2010, she was appointed as Manager in September 2011. 
Gaia2 Gaïa Ludington - Project Officer
Graduate engineer in Environmental Studies from ENSIL, Gaïa Ludington has been the Project Officer of Carbon Finance and Capitalisation at the Gevalor Headquarters since December 2012. Her tasks include supporting the establishment of the carbon-related projects of the platforms, methodological research on carbon finance and capitalisation on projects.
Having previously worked in Lomé (Togo) for a year, Gaïa also provided support to the composting unit in Beira (Mozambique) for 6 months.
 feuilles-vertes Isabelle Deshayes – Gestionnaire comptable

Titulaire d’un BTS comptabilité-gestion, et forte d’une formation continue en maîtrise de sciences de gestion à l’université Paris Dauphine, elle a intégré l’équipe de Gevalor en juin 2013. Elle vient en appui de l’activité comptabilité et gestion de l’association, notamment dans le cadre du projet Re-sources.

Qualified engineer from ENGEES, Hélène Bromblet is a specialist in waste management. She has been involved in projects in this field within communities and in research offices. 
She joined the Gevalor team in 2012 to provide technical and organisational support in the development of the composting unit in the City of Lomé in Togo.
morgan Morgan Souriau - Engineer
An engineer from ENSIL and graduate from the IUT of Tours in Environmental Management, Morgan Souriau is a specialist in waste management. He has taken part in projects in this field within communities, companies and associations. He has in particular produced the characterisation of waste of the local authority of Adjarra in Benin in 2009. He joined the Gevalor team in September 2012 to provide technical and organisational support in the development of the composting unit in the City of Dschang in Cameroon, and since October 2013 has been providing support to the Parakou composting unit in Benin.

An Education Specialist and graduate of IRTS Aquitaine, Antoine Vinot has worked for several years in the field of children protection emergency social services.

A stay of several months in Guinea Conakry enabled him to take part in the work of a decentralised cooperation project in the field of water management, providing support to communities and solar salt production. He joined the Gevalor team in July 2013 to provide guidance to the workers on the composting unit in the City of Lomé in Togo.

Having a Master’s degree in LEA Management of Humanitarian and Cultural Projects from the University of Aix-Marseille, Hugo Giroult has taken part in various association-related projects, in particular in the field of access to care and of international cooperation. He has also worked in India for the “Institut Français” in the context of organising a cultural festival.

He is joining the Gevalor team in July 2013 to support the commercial department of the composting unit
